In Home Stabilization

Provides needed crisis services for anyone in the community regardless of previous mental health experience.  The goal is to reduce un-necessary emergency room visits and / or hospitalizations.  Services are provided in an individual’s home to assist them in maintaining their independence in the community and in their living environment.

Services provided include: Assertiveness/Self Advocacy, Community Integration/Resource Development, Rehabilitation Counseling, Daily Skills Living, Health Services, Medication Management, Parenting Training, Skill Development, Socialization, Substance Abuse Services, and Symptom Management.  An individual must be 18 years old or older, not be and immediate threat to self or others and have a desire to engage in the service.
