Vocational Case Manager

Working with individuals with psychiatric disabilities, provides the full range of vocational case management services such as coordination, advocacy, linkage and monitoring.  Assists with screening clients and preparing referrals for vocational assessment. AA degree and two years of experience working with the mentally ill, or High School diploma and four years of experience working with the mentally ill preferred. Valid NYS drivers license and completion of criminal background check required.
