This position serves the behavioral health at risk population, providing advocacy, support and assistance within the community. Successful candidates should possess strong engagement skills, the ability to collaborate with various entities, and knowledge of the various social support services within Chenango county. This program serves individuals involved with the mental health, substance abuse and forensic systems, including individuals within county jails. The goal of the program is to provide community stabilization. Reliable transportation required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with at least one year experience in Substance Abuse/Mental Health. Valid Driver’s license and criminal background check are also mandatory.
