Responsibilities include the overall coordination and treatment for an assigned case load including assessments, scheduling of medication reviews, and treatment reviews as necessary; completing associated documentation including treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes for assigned clients utilizing the Electronic Client Case Record.  Assists with supervisory duties, as needed.  Possesses a professional license (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, PhD.) by the New York State Education Department and experience with mental health. When eligible for LCSW or R licensure, the candidate agrees to apply. Must have 5+ years of experience as a Professional Clinician. In a non-licensed program, if a person does not have a license, another 5 years of experience can be substituted. Criminal background check and valid NYS driver’s license are also required.
