For Agency programs that provide services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities and/or substance abuse issues, the Quality Improvement Specialist ensures accurate records are maintained per relevant guidelines. Conducts on-site program reviews, reviews of closed charts and ensures they are cataloged and stored appropriately, and desk reviews of service plans and service plan linked notes and provides feedback to senior management. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in human services plus one year experience in human services or Bachelor’s Degree in human services plus two years’ experience in human services or Associate’s Degree in human services plus three years’ experience in human services or a high school degree and five years’ experience in human services. Criminal background check and valid NYS driver’s license are also required.
