PROS Professional Rehabilitation Practitioner

Our NYS OMH licensed PROS program is a person-centered, recover-oriented model that serves adults recovering from mental illness.  Responsibilities include the provision of classroom/group services, the provision of one to one services with a focus on assisting consumers in achieving their employment goals, maintaining a designated caseload, on-call responsibilities, and the accurate and timely completion of all documentation.  Qualifications include anMSW, CASAC, LCSW, LMSW, or an LMHC and minimum 1 year experience providing direct service relating to the care or treatment of persons with a designated mental illness.  Valid NYS Driver’s License and completion of criminal background check required.
