We are seeking a full-time staff member in our Guilderland office to process property management and vehicle maintenance information from divisional offices, lease renewals/adjustments, vehicle registration renewals, insurance claims, and multiple vendor contracts. Proficiency in MS Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and Access, is essential for design, data entry, and report generation. Duties include maintaining electronic and physical files and various clerical/support functions.
