Program Manager

For Agency programs that provide services to individuals and families with psychiatric disabilities and/or substance abuse issues.  Supervises staff and oversees the coordination of all needed recovery oriented client services.  Participates in referral and interview process for new client admission and planning for discharge.  HS diploma with 5 years of experience preferred in a human services setting or Bachelor’s degree with two years experience preferred in a mental health setting or in a human services setting.  Masters degree in social work or psychology required for some settings.  Valid NYS drivers license and completion of criminal background check required.  If applicable to the program, must possess professional credential.
