Responsibilities: Supervises managerial and direct services staff in community residences, licensed apartment programs, and supportive housing. Ensure OMH certification requirements and RSS standards for quality assurances are maintained. Maintain the community orientation of RSS services by the way of developing positive neighborhood, business, and overall public and community relations.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma and 10 years of human services experience, 5 of which must be in a supervisory capacity; Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of human services experience, 3 of which must be in a supervisory capacity; or Master’s Degree in human service field and 2 years supervisory experience. Experience with licensed OMH programs preferred but not required. Valid NYS Driver’s License and completion of criminal background check required.
