Program Director – Westchester County

A Program Director position is available in Westchester County.  Responsibilities include supervising managerial and direct services staff in community residences and the apartment program, ensuring OMH certification requirements and RSS standards for quality assurances are maintained, & maintaining the community orientation of RSS services by the way of developing positive neighborhood, business, and overall public and community relations.  Minimum Qualifications:  High School Diploma with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a human services organization; Bachelor’s Degree in human services with at least 3 years human services experience, 2 of which must be in a supervisory capacity; or Master’s Degree in human services field with 2 years of experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience.  Travel required. Valid NYS Driver’s License required.  Successful clearance by the Justice Center and New York State Office of Children and Family Services Statewide Central Register Database Check also required.
