Program Director – Otsego County

Responsibilities:  Supervises managerial and direct services staff in community residences, apartment programs, supported housing, social club, peer run programs and affirmative business.  Ensure OMH certification requirements and RSS standards for quality assurances are maintained.  Maintain the community orientation of RSS services by the way of developing positive neighborhood, business, and overall public and community relations.  Bachelor’s Degree in human services with at least 2 years human services experience one of which must be in a supervisory capacity or Master’s Degree in human service field with one year supervisory experience.
