Medication Specialist

The Medication Specialist will provide coordination of medication training, support to tenants, and oversight of all medication practices including supervise and monitor medication management procedures, order medications/refills, conduct weekly medication counts, consult with physicians/treatment providers, pharmacy regarding medication concerns, and update medication sheets with any new medications or medication adjustments throughout the month. High School Diploma plus one year in health related field and human services required. Criminal background check and valid NYS driver’s license are also required.
