Housing Specialist – HOP

Housing Specialist position works within a Supported Housing / Certified Apartment Program. A Housing Specialist assists individuals who have a mental health diagnosis to obtain and maintain housing as well as learn new skills to become more independent.   High School Diploma or equivalent required in addition to a minimum of one-year experience in Human Services. Criminal background check and valid NYS driver’s license are also required.
