Position works doing food preparation within a food service/ affirmative business setting.  Responsibilities include: coaching, training and working with all employees, preparing daily food specials and caterings, doing deliveries, waiting on customers, taking catering orders and following all industry standards regarding cleanliness, upkeep and storage, menu development and inventory management.  High school diploma, at least two years food service experience, a NYS Driver License and the completion of a criminal background check are required.
